Negative: Only floor boards in the bedroom. Quite echoey inside and outside the bedroom. As a light sleeper this was rather a problem.

Positive: It was easy to locate. Parking was available. The room was clean & tidy. The bedlinen was clean.
Negative: The bed was not comfortable unfortunately. Too springy. We prefer a slightly firmer mattress. I did not like the provision of plastic cups for drinking water. I prefer proper glasses and teaspoons.

Positive: Great location within Rosslare, especially if you're departuring from the Ferry Port. Jonathan was great and very acommodating, the place was tidy, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower worked great.
Negative: The flooring is old and creaks, so we were scared it would wake up other guests when we walked around the room.
